I Signed Up for Pay Per Post

I signed up for Pay Per Post (PPP) few months ago and this is my very first sponsored post.
I am so glad because after relentless months of trying, I'm in finally .... :)

So what is Pay Per Post?

  • It is a marketplace that brings together bloggers and advertisers. You get paid by reviewing sites and services based on availability to you. Marketplace is huge and according to their information some bloggers are earning five figures by using this service.

According to Wikipedia (yup, Pay Per Post is even in Wikipedia!) :

"PayPerPost (PPP) is a website which helps content creators such as bloggers, videographers, podcasters and photographers find advertisers willing to sponsor specific content.

The advertisers create opportunities ("opps") that describe the content they are looking for (e.g. feedback, reviews, buzz, creative, video). The bloggers (sometimes referred to as "Posties") then choose opportunities in their area of interest.[1]

Once the blogger has written a blog post or posted a video that matches the requirements, PPP then reviews the post against its requirements (e.g. topic, tone, length) and PPP terms of service (e.g. disclosure required, no adult content), and handles payment." ....

So, there you go .... in short, Pay Per Post is:

To Advertisers ......
"“PayPerPost is an automated system that allows you to promote your Web site, product, service or company through the PayPerPost network of bloggers. Advertise on blogs to create buzz, build traffic, gain link backs for search engine ranking, syndicate content and much more. You provide the topic, our network of bloggers create the stories and post them on their individual blogs.” "

To Bloggers .....
"“Get Paid to Blog. You’ve been writing about Web sites, products, services and companies you love for years and you have yet to benefit from all the sales and traffic you have helped generate. That’s about to change. With PayPerPost™ advertisers are willing to pay you to post on topics. Search through a list of topics, make a blog posting, get your content approved, and get paid. It’s that simple.” "
