not as carefree as you would probably think it to

yes, on the plus side, pigs can be good pets.
They are smart and clean, contrary to what most
people think. They make great pets because they
are just as intelligent and they can even be
well-trained. You could even walk them on a
leash just like dogs. However, they need extra
care that other domestic animals do not.

having pigs as pets is allowed in your community
of neighbors. You wouldn't want to break any

pigs, ask around on who's known to have a healthy

their health conditions as well.

provide them with some mud and dirt. It is just
the way they cool themselves in a very hot

this, pigs are clean.

You also need to provide a nutritious diet for

knowing what kind of feeds you should give them.
It would consist of mostly grain like corn so
there's no need to worry. But you should also
alternate them with other varieties of grain
such as wheat and barley. When you let your pigs
go free and roam around the yard or barn or
whatever you have, you should also include
vitamins and other supplements as part of their
diet to keep their immune system up. They will
also need plenty amounts of fresh water
available to them at any time of the day.

keep them healthy.
