1. The origin of Maine coon kittens has not yet
been determined. Raccoons, bobcats, and even an
executed French Queen are all suspected to have
played a role according to one story or some

think that this breed originated from the
Vikings and also the cats that traveled with
these warriors.

the Maine Coon breed has is being

one extra toe on the foot. Many think that
originally as much as 40% of the breed was born
with this state. Since additional toes eliminate

3. The most common coloring for Maine coon
kittens is brown tabby, but these felines can be

suitable for showing though, so breeders tend to
attempt to reduce certain traits whenever
possible. Many of these felines have got a
varied colouring, with unusual patterns and
unique markings which are wonderful.

4. The Maine Coon breed of cat is famous for
being really expert hunters. The huge size and
natural hunting instinct make them a natural
predator to many small animals and wildlife in a
place. The bigger than normal paws, particularly
when additional toes are present, could make
this cat a very strong opponent for wild animals
that are the same size. There were cases where
this breed has managed to hang from a wall using
just the claws.

5. Maine coon kittens are usually called gentle
giants, because they are bigger than ordinary
but they have a sweet personality. This breed is
extremely clever, and kittens could be trained
with little effort.
