The Character Of The Bengal Cat

The Bengal cat is made graceful by its blend of wild and domestic traits. It combines the Asian Leopard Cat with domestic temperaments to become the ideal choice for many home owners. It has a beautiful wild body with a white-light belly, rosette and large spots all over the body. This is a jewel around the house.

The most common color variations for these cats are brown spotted and snow spotted. The rosetted species has dark lines surrounding the spots. The eyes also are used in describing their traits. They could either be blue or other variations common in cats. Some have been bred with longer hair than others depending on the traits of the parents.

It is an interesting pet that is loved because of its pleasant character. It offers incredible company by adding delight, interest, attention and entertainment in your life. It has no difficulty adapting to any environment. Many home owners love it because it displays an admirable level of intelligence.

The level of relationship is raised with the ability to form a two-way relation. It is lively and interactive offering the best company you would think about. This breed has not been associated with aloofness or ignoring the presence of people. They are loved because they form an active and dynamic part of the family.

This is an athletic breed that has won the praise of owners. It is known for making impressive leaps from one point to the other. Playtime is entertaining for the handler and the cat which could involve door answering, rolling all over and playing with the switches. Kittens are more impressive because they fill the entire house. Their high spirits are infectious.

This cat is a great swimmer and has no problem around water. You should exercise caution with toilet bowls because of bleaching and tubs that have hot water. Your home will be filled with a melodious voice calling for attention. It has a distinct voice and behavior to alert you when it is not feeling well. It respects your mood and will keep off when needed. It can learn simple instructions very fast.

This cat is aggressive when dealing with food. It should be kept safe to prevent the pet from climbing and spilling it all over the place. A small roar will be used for defense purposes. It is not a fierce fighter and is unlikely to attack unless aggressed to very extreme conditions. Your safety is therefore guaranteed whenever you have one of this around the house.

Taming and training local mannerisms is easy and fast. It understands and respects boundaries. The only risk you are exposed to is scratching people around the house as it pounces from one place to another. This means that you should protect children. It offers and loves affection.

Many pet lovers prefer the Bengal cat because of its energetic and athletic character. It offers a perfect balance between a wild cat and a domestic pet. The energy, beauty and temperament make it the perfect choice for any home. It is unique and return affection by becoming another member of your family.
