4 Good Reasons That Your Dog Should Eat Supplements

It is undoubtable that pet owners care about the
food that goes into their animal's bodies. But
they do not know about the vitamins and minerals
that their animal is missing out on with natural
dog food supplements. This is just a short list
of the reasons why dog owners should look into
these supplements for their animal. It is the job
of the owner to ensure that their dog is happy
and healthy, and since these animals cannot tell
us themselves, we, as dog owners, must take it
upon ourselves to take care of them as our
companions.

1. Many people do not know how affordable these
products actually are. For instance, if a
consumer heads to their local pet store, they can
shop around and find many affordable and
reasonable products that can boost their animal's
wellness for not much more than a few cents each
day. An owner can add the supplements to the
dog's chow at mealtime, and it can be up to the
owner how much to add each day, as no matter what
amount, these supplements can help.

2. Many dog owners are willing to dish out the
big bucks to buy expensive, name brand dog chows
that promise to encourage health and wellness for
dogs. Many people do not realize that no matter
what, their dog is missing vital nutrients and
minerals that can help naturally promote health
and wellness for years. It is even possible for
dog owners to save themselves a few bucks on chow
by buying store brand and "supplementing" later.
The difference will still be a savings!

3. Supplements are not just for sick dogs. The
health benefits are virtually unlimited! If born
and raised on the proper supplements from a
puppy, a dog can be ensured to live a long and
healthy life. With protein and immune system
boosting supplements to ensure a puppy grows up
big and strong, and then anti-oxidants and
minerals to help eliminate free-radicals from
their ingestion in a dogs later years, adding a
supplement to a dog's regular eating schedule can
make sure that your animal is healthy, happy and
ready to play for years to come.

4. We owe it to our dogs, as our companions. Your
dog loves you unconditionally, and would do
anything to make you feel better if you were
sick. Our animals are the ones who watch us when
we leave for work in the morning, and the first
people to meet us when we get back, tail wagging
and excited just to see us. We owe our dogs
everything that we can do to improve their lives,
if not as responsible pet owners, then at least
as friends.

At the end of the day, it is the job of the owner
to make sure that their animal's are healthy,
happy, and loved.
