Horse riding boots have special features that
make riding a horse more enjoyable and much

Leather is the preferred material for riding
boots. They will last longer and be easier to
shine so that they will look attractive for many
years. There are some boots that are made of
artificial material that accomplish all the
purposes necessary for riding. These may not
last as long and will sometimes scuff making a
rather shoddy appearance over time. Gaiters are
replaceable and are made of leather when used
for riding. One advantage of gaiters is they can
be worn with different riding boots. Some
attention should be paid to the inside of the
riding boot. If the lining shreds easily, there
is no easy way of replacing that. A pigskin
lining will last much longer.
