Pug Clothes for Pug Dogs!
Likely more so than any other kind of clothing for small dog's I've ever witnessed, pug clothes draw a lot of attention! It's not like they're cute enough already, what with those adorable folds of flappy skin. Nope. We need to give them a fashion makeover and put them in all sorts of little dog shirts and sweaters! These pug outfits only serve to push your pug over the edge of cuteness. And if you happen to be walking a fashion pimped-out pug down the street, get ready for a heap of attention because that little dog of yours is about to magnetize every eyeball in the vicinity!
The pug t-shirts I see on little doggies around the city are almost too much to take in. As a dog owner and a pug foster, I have to squint. If my eyes are too open and I take in too much of the pug fashion cuteness, it's like a brain fry! When you dress up a pug in those adorable shirts for pug dogs, those pug collars you can get them, and the other pug clothes, it can be too much to process.
As a little dog lover, I can definitely understand why people dress their pugs up like this. They want their little pugs to look as adorable as possible. I totally understand. I myself have a few chihuahuas I call my own, and I do the same thing!
But with pugs, it's just too much. As a pug lover, especially if you live with pugs, I know that you'll eventually get acclimatized to the cuteness overload that walks around in your presence on a daily basis. And maybe dressing up your pug in pug fashion puts that super cute factor back into the equation for you. But for the people who are not pug owners, seeing a pug all dressed to the nines in cute little pug costumes can be extremely distracting. And when you're driving and you look over and you see a little pug dress up in pug clothes through the side window, that can really create a dangerous situation! Often, the sighting of a fashionista pug dog is so overwhelming that you loose track of time and forget you're in the middle of driving a car!
Or maybe it's just me. I am a bit of a pug clothing fanatic, I'll admit. But when it comes to locating and tracking down the latest and greatest clothes for pug dogs, and the other small dog accessories out there, I can find them! The Chihuahua Shop, as odd it sounds, is the place to go. This store stocks some of the very latest small dog clothes as well as puppy dog collars and accessories I've seen anywhere. So if you're looking, go check them out, and I'll see you over there!
